Jesse Wig and the Life Space crew are SENSATIONAL at selling homes!! I owned a small property in West Mifflin, and Jesse sold it in no time, significantly above asking price! From the first phone call onward, I was impressed with his knowledge, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and his promptness. I've worked in the mortgage industry for a little over 10 years now, and I can honestly say that Jesse and his group of Realtors are CHANGING the game, and for the better...nnJesse helped me every step of the way, answered all my questions quicker than I could ask them; and he went out of his way to ensure the job was done the right way. He listed our house quickly, with immaculate photos, and most importantly; he helped us resolve all issues that came back from the home inspection.. I simply would NOT have received as much for my home or sold my home nearly as quickly as I did without the services of Life Space Pittsburgh.nnI will HIGHLY recommend them to all my family and friends in the industry... If you want to sell your house quickly, for more than you are expecting, while having a true expert help guide you through the process; call these guys ASAP... They are almost too good to be true !!!

We share a driveway for our home. lifespace is selling The home we share a driveway with. The driveway is huge. The realtor Marissa and I spoke about the driveway. After several of the contractors had to be asked to move in order for us to get out of our driveway It still is continuing to date. Today in particular my daughter went outside and asked them to please move after some time when they did not move I had to go out and ask them to move. I called the realator Marissa to let her know about the situation and she is one of the people that I asked to have the vehicles moved. so she is aware of the driveway situation and she’s creating the exact problem that we don’t want. This leads me to believe that whomever moves in is going to be horror because chances are she’s not going to inform them that we are not supposed to Park in the middle of the driveway not just as a courtesy but because of emergencies as there is no other way out! As a serious side line there’s an every day chance that I will have an emergency as I do not have an immune system. So I’m not just complaining Become a life-and-death situation for me and one that I expect they will take seriously or it will take them to court

I recently bought a house from Marissa McGraw and Jesse Wig via Lifespace Pittsburgh. The two of them were caring, informative, and highly organized. Marissa was my realtor and she is amazing at her job. Not only did she keep me informed about the stuff that was important to me she was also working behind the scenes on thing I didn't even know about to make the home buying process and my new home as wonderful as it could be. In addition the professionalism she demonstrated throughout the process was exemplary. I am extremely satisfied with my home and the process of buying it. Beyond the process of purchase, the home was flipped by Jesse and his coworkers. The attention to detail and the design of the home are above my expectations. I feel truly honored to be able to call this space mine and to share it with the people in my life I love. Furthermore, a few of the thing that were in the contract that were not completed prior to closing were then completed by Jesse and his team in mere days following the signatures. I highly recommend this company and its employees. They are fun friendly interesting people that take their jobs and extremely seriously. Buying a home is a truly stressful, emotional, and personal process and I couldn't be more satisfied with how it turned out.
