Wonderful experience. Management was extremely responsive to any issue, no matter how small. The townhome we rented was very well maintained and, for the location, rent was extremely reasonable for what you got. We only left because we bought a house. Could not recommend more.

I lived in one of their properties for almost 5yrs. They were always easy to reach, attentive, and thorough. They were respectful about entering my home, always giving at least 3-5days notice. They were good at keeping the property grounds neat and tidy. Pete was our property manager, I would consistently see him picking up any trash that was out of place. If I werent moving out of state I would’ve definitely stayed with this Realty Group as Ive never had any issues with them or my neighbors!!

We lived in our townhouse in Shadyside for just over 3 years. Everyone from Standard Realty group was amazing. Any need we had was met promptly, from the paperwork completion on move-in, to any plumbing/ electrical/ maintenance requests. The street was kept very clean with fresh flowers in the summertime, to shoveled snow in the wintertime. The landscaping and general upkeep inside and outside of the home were immaculate. We were really pampered by their TLC. They would even collect our mail or packages if we were on vacation and we didn't have a house-sitter. They also scheduled maintenance and house showings around our sometimes wacky work / sleep schedule. Renting from them was like no other place I had lived. I've never had a realtor / landlord who treated us like their own family. They went out of their way to care for the property and always kept our needs as tenants at the forefront of our interactions. 10/10 would recommend renting from them - you will not be disappointed!

I lived at one of their properties for almost 3 years. They were always prompt to come if I had a problem with anything, with no hesitation or attitude. They kept the hallways clean & removed snow. Although there were cameras sad that they didn’t workud83dude29. Nevertheless I’m ONLY moving because I moving out of town. Great landlords & very understanding! Mr. Pete was by far one of my favorite landlords & Ms Cece is a amazing women. Thanks for allowing me to rent from y’all. I will truly miss living there❤ufe0f

I had the pleasure of renting one of their properties in Homewood. It was very clean and I had very good neighbors. Pete and CeCe were AWESOME! Very professional and prompt response to any service call. As a Veteran who was a working homeless person, this place was a GODSEND. I would like to Thank Standard Reality Group and The Veterans Home of Pittsburgh. I would still be a tenant had I not had to move out of state to care for my mother.nSincerely,nGerald Newsom
