I called Restano to get some plumbing work done in my basement. They were very professional on the phone and easy to deal with. Nick came and did a fantastic job. Very polite to my family and hard working. The job they did was perfect and done on time. All for a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing, heating, or cooling. A great company to deal with. We will be using them again!
We’ve used Restano for several years going back to our home in Plum. Our service experience in Allison Park has been different. They’re harder to reach. Feel like I reach the answering service mostly. We purchased $9,000 new system last year, and we typically pay for the routine maintenance service. No one has been out to look our new system for going on a year.
My accolades and appreciation go to Steve, the Restano Plumbing technician, who serviced my air conditioners at 814 Scott Avenue on June 12, 2020. Steve went above any beyond when it came to servicing my units. Example: he dismantled my split unit and thoroughly cleaned it. Never had any other tech performed such a thorough job. He was conscientious, honest and at times very patient. He is truly an asset to Restano Plumbing.
They sent a technician out right away to our rental property where our tenant is an elderly resident. She made a point to let me know how courteous, clean and hard working he was! Restano has always been reliable and professional when we have a plumbing issue.
From the moment I called until my problem was resolved, was first class service. Truly cared from start to finish. Very thorough and explained everything. No hesitation to recommend Restano for any service.
