Bill helped my wife and I find a new home after relocating to Pittsburgh. He is extremely friendly, honest, knowledgeable on the local area and provides great advice. Especially in explaining the subtle real estate differences in the Pittsburgh market. He is very responsive and communicative. He looked out for us by putting together a punch list of items into the contract to protect us and he helped navigate us though uncertainties during the pandemic. I would highly recommend his services.

Bill identified homes that he thought would be of interest to us, patiently accompanied us on numerous visits, and guided us on every step along the way.
