Brands Capital was responsive to any issues I experienced. The property was fairly priced for the condition and rent was not over inflated for the 7 years I was a tenant.nnThe online pay feature was convenient and they are accommodating to multiple pets, which can be hard to find when renting.nnThey also offer generous discounts for consistently paying on time.

My husband and I rented a one bedroom apartment from Brands Capital for about a year. We moved recently because we bought our own home and Marc has been great about working with us to get a subletter for the remainder of our lease. He's very professional and is quick to reply about any concerns we've had about the apartment.nnThe apartment we rented was small but very nice and pretty recently updated. Our apartment was the only place in our price range that had a separate entrance, let us have our own washer and dryer AND didn't have pet fees. I definitely feel like we got a great deal for having such a nice place to live.nnWe've already recommended Brands Capital to a few friends and coworkers.

Renting from Brands Capital for 8+ years. Fair landlord, responsive. Would rent from again in a heartbeat.
