Shay Lewis from Coldwell bank was very dis-appointing to work with. She was so pleasant in the beginning of our interaction over the telephone. When it was time to deliver her services, she copped out the day of and said it was due to me telling her I was not ready to buy for six months.nnThe kicker is that I mentioned that I was not interested in buying for six months on our original conversation when she asked me my timeframe. I asked Ms. Shay would it be a problem. She pleasantly answered, no, not at all. Ms. Shay asked me would I like any one else to join us when touring houses. I said yes. Her response was great, no problem. 800 miles later, I’m told, oh I can’t show you any houses because you are not interested in buying for six months. Caldwell bank, you have always had a good reputation in my book. This representative of your bank is awful. Please train the ones working for you. I won’t be back and I will tell everyone of my experience. An apology from you is the least you can do. Shay Lewis-smh

Our experience with Coldwell Banker, in particular our agent Michael Grimes, was exemplary. We listed our condo in Regent Square, which is in a beautiful old building with lots of character and woodwork. It was important to us to find the right tenant, and the right rental rate. Mike was confident and took the time to go through all of our concerns, paying particular attention to what was most important to us, and he worked within those guidelines. He exceeded our expectations and made the process painless and productive. We'd enthusiastically recommend Mike to anyone looking to list a rental in the city.
