Howard Hanna Squirrel Hill

I visited Howard Hanna Realty on a whim after being discouraged by my week-long apartment search. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by several people, all of whom were friendly. Michael Carretta offered to do an online search for me on the spot, forwarding the search results to me while I was in the office. Upon realizing that one of the apartments included in the search he did was listed by one of his colleagues, he located her and introduced the two of us. Leah George, the agent in question, went out of her way to get me to see the property before I flew back to the West Coast. After I viewed the property, she offered to be of further assistance should I need it. Both Michael and Leah provided excellent customer service, particularly considering that I was a walk-in customer. They, along with two other agents affiliated with Howard Hanna (whose names I did not get), were very welcoming and made me feel as if they truly valued my business. While you might think that that is the minimum of what an agent should do, given some of the extremely negative on-line reviews I have read for property managers and real estate agents in the Pittsburgh area, the high-quality customer service provided by the agents I encountered at Howard Hanna Realty appears to be the exception rather than the rule. Although I ended up choosing an apartment through another agency, I would 100% go back to Howard Hanna in the future should the need arise.

Be very cautious purchasing properties listed by this office!! They hire agents who are also attorneys that will take you to court to try to take your holding money! It took me 11 months to get my escrow money back after terminating the sales agreement!The judge awarded me all the money but I still had to pay attorney fees!!

I loved working with them to buy my house so much that I'm also selling my old house through them.

I worked with Eli LaBelle; he's very motivated and will do what it takes to find the right place for you and save your bacon when things go south.
