I was a tenant for two years with Crown Real Estate. I have nothing bad to say with my experience. I left the dwelling in good condition, and received my full security deposit back. The few times I needed assistance, the landlord was responsive and helpful. I know everyone has different experiences, but mine was a good one.

Management stinks....In 2006 was $615...now it’s $750... oh yeah...I gotta new roof and my small deck painted...nnI was assured that my walls would be painted and new flooring...

My experience with crown reality: If there is a maintenance issue in my apt. I contact Crown and they will send someone out to take care of the problem, I have a problem with the maintenance person they send out, rude behavior.

No sense of salesmanship or borrower experience. After I was greeted sarcastically I politely wished Jim Tenberg a good day and hung up. After which called me back just to be confrontational. Unprofessional, if I could give it 0 stars I would.

I've been a tenant for three-years the are very responsive to tenants needs when comes to maintenance request; single-family units could use more attention to update etc.
