Any issues that I had got resolved in a timely way. I also love that everything from hospital to grocery shopping and dining out is easy access.

Well how about even though I've lived here for 10 years my new car was towed from my own parking lot. Cost me $250. Wait it gets better. Even though a parking sticker is $10 a REPLACEMENT sticker is $100! Smh cannot wait until lease is done. This apartment manager is the worst ever. There is a reason why most of these reviews give this place one star only. A classy thing to do would be to waive the $100 new parking sticker which costs maybe a nickel. Especially after I just paid for towing expense but this guy would have none of that of course

I he is the worst kind of landloe6with a team of crack heads who fix the property to get off their rent he is very disrespectful towards ppl he over charges a water fee that you dont hear of before he has the lease fixed he will say once you sing and want a copy that he will give it to you ain't a couple days .Mike is a slumlord DO NOT REnt THEM

Great place for the money. Never had any problems with the apartment and if I have any questions the landlord is friendly and quick to respond.

Great place, very conveniently located, reasonable rent, clean, safe environment for the residents also excellent maintenance services provided by the landlord.
