Lived here for going onto over a year...GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE....but if you’re planning on moving into apartment 101 I advice you to look for another floor apartment unless you want to come home after working 12 hours to overflooded sinks and wet carpets due to your fellow residents or water leaking from the ceiling paint. I had guests over when water leaked from the paint and it was very embarrassing. The maintenance issues for too much to handle for me since in a RN constantly changing hours and I was loosing sleep due to the maintenance issues. They have me moving into another room on another floor. I hope that my experience is better on the new floor I’m moving into. Very clean, nice looking apartment otherwise.

I lived here for a few years and loved it here. My neighbors were pleasant and the building is in a great location, right next to Giant Eagle and Target. The maintenance team is always quick to address any issues. Also, the front office will safely hold on to any big mail packages, so you don't have to worry about that. The rent is very reasonable too. I would recommend RidgeView Towers to anyone in the area looking for a nice place to live.

I've been renter here for about 10 months now. I'm happy with the experiences I've had here so far. The apartments are clean, the maintenance staff is quick to help and the front office is responsive to any requests/issues. It's also in pretty quiet area of Monroeville. Since the Towers sit off by themselves there's no issues with pass-thru traffic.

The towers are a great place to live! I stayed for a year because I had to move-out due to job relocation, else I would definitely have continued to live here! Everything about the apartment complex is awesome.nnThe apartment room (1BR) is spacious, kitchen is with all new appliances, living room is big!nAnd what can i say about the professionalism of the leasing team! Both Chris and April are awesome professionals. They listen to your issues and right away try to provide applicable solution. I had some great general conversations all these months whenever I stopped by the office.nThe maintenance staff is also really good and competent. They are very effective and quick in fixing any related issues.nnI have had a really good time with the community and leasing team. I would definitely recommend this community to any future applicant!nnThanks Chris and April! All the best to the team.

Please be careful I posted a negative yet honest review on my account and it wss deleted by the owner. So i signed on my sons account. They only leave the positive comments but dont want people to know of the cons very dishonest. DO NOT RENT HERE! Disclaimer if you do, record everything and take multiple photos upon move out they will rob you if you don't.
