My husband and I lived at LaMont townhouses and absolutely loved it! It was conveniently located off of Rt. 30 and close for him or myself to get to the parkway or the turnpike for work. The townhouse itself was super homey and quiet. A nice open eat in kitchen, spacious living room and the bedrooms had awesome large closets that I loved! The community was great and our neighbors were all super friendly! The management company was wonderful and always quick to address any problems or issues if they ever came up. I would definitely suggest living here!

This is our second time renting from Agate Management. We previously rented from their Apartments of Murrysville (which are also great). It was such a pleasant experience dealing with them the first time that we immediately sought out their properties the next time we needed to rent.nnThe Lamont Townhouses are comfy units right off of Route 30. However, there is a barrier of trees that isolates the sound of the highway so you only enjoy it's convenience and not its noise.nnThere is plenty of living and storage space in these units; it fit all of our needs. Our neighbors have been friendly as well. We haven't experienced a single issue. Again, this has been another great rental experience with Agate Management.
