They replaced my sewer line. They did an outstanding job restoring the yard too!nI highly recommend them. Very reasonable and professional.
Although I cannot speak for the work that they do I can speak for the way the crew acts while doing work. I work from home with my 4 year old daughter, one day throughout the day I heard yelling and people swearing constantly! I look outside and to my surprise it wasn’t the workers but one short man who I’m assuming is the boss flipping out on one of the guys. The things he was saying was DISGUSTING. I wouldn’t even talk to my dog that way! My poor daughter heard every word!! I understand that work needs to be done but that type of behavior is NOT OK!! Very unprofessional! I feel bad for the workers! Someone definitely needs to call and report that man!!!!
I called Zona yesterday around 1PM. They came over at (AM today (Good Friday). I apologize for forgetting the plumber's name, but he was very polite and friendly. He did good work and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Zona to my friends.
Called Tim to repair outside trap and inspect lateral he was very courteous and professional. Price was the best and I recommend Zona plumbing to anyone, very trustworthy local business
Excellent customer service and quoted a better price than other local plumbers.nnWe were having a refrigerator being delivered and needed a water line put in for the ice maker. Tim Zona organized for one of his men to be there around the time of delivery so it could be put in all at once. This might not seem like a big deal, but we didn't know the delivery time until that day.nThe plumber called right before showing up to make sure we were on schedule and ready for him to show up. He was courteous and professional.
