It's surprising how this company manages to be so low tier, if I could give it a 0 I would.

We worked with this company a few years ago and they were the absolute worst company to deal with. I’m surprised they are still in business. I went online just to see if they were and they are still screwing people over left and right. They did a bait and switch on repairs to a property we owned. Charged us for lawn maintenance when their wasn’t even a lawn. I would HIGHLY recommend RUNNING when deciding whether or not to work with this company. If I could give it negative stars I would.

I have been living in one of their units for 9 months now, anything that has ever gone wrong I would send a message and someone would be calling me right away about the issue, and everyone who works for them are very nice! I love that I found such a wonderful company. I tell them I appreciate them a lot because they are so prompt I don’t know who handles the emails when you send one but he or she is always on it !! Thank you aegis!!

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I viewed a property in McKee’s Rocks with an agent named Kevin. We loved the property, Kevin advised they do applications on a first come, first served basis. He stated if not selected “Not to worry, they refund the application fee”. We applied immediately, like literally sat outside and got a call that we fit income requirements, he was QUICK to call and get the fee. After this communication withered. We were emailing multiple times and get responses back about a week later. Kevin stated the message was sitting in his outbound email box and didn’t send and apologized. They requested a double security deposit and I responded with ways to come up with the additional deposit. Kevin assured me there were no other applications for the property so it would be fine. I offered to meet Friday with the money and sign the lease. Didn’t hear a word, sent another email and nothing. 2 weeks later I pull up the property and see it’s no longer for rent. Thoroughly disgusted that a wasted a month of my time and $60 for this unit and just being blown off and given false hope. As a “professional company” a simple “we don’t feel you fit the requirements” would have been great rather then being given false hope a dragged along for a month praying we were going to get the property. It has now been a week since I’ve requested the application fee back but I reviewed the application and see it shows non-refundable so that was a lie and a scam. Your company should b me ashamed with how they conduct business and should be prepared for a law suit if not already dealing with one. I rarely leave negative feedback but this here is horrible.

The Heather and Max went above and beyond to help me get into a place on short notice. They were really nice and helpful. I'm moving in this week so can't speak for the maintenance end of things but so far I'm really pleased! Keep up the nice work!
