Before I moved here, I was leery given the previous reviews of staff and quality of living. Those reviews couldn't be further from the truth! The Management staff and Maintenance Crew are amazing. Very responsive, courteous, friendly and strive to create the best living atmosphere as possible. Highly recommend living here.

The business I work for partners with City Vista and every time we're on site we're impressed by the beauty and tidiness of the community and the extremely professional and friendly staff. Due to Covid, it's difficult for any residential complex to carry on events, but City Vista works hard to continue to entertain their residents via social media promotions and other means.

Lived here for 3 years now! Great location, good staff. Fast service. Clean, spacious, quiet. Nice amenities! Not sure why the ratings are so low I’ve been really pleased with my experience

This is by far the worst complex I ever lived. Moving out was the best decision I ever made. Not only is the company unethical, the employees are useless and while I’m not a licensed contractor I would guarantee there is nothing about the living spaces are up to code. Please be wary of the “positive reviews” I’d bet 99% of them are either employees of the complex or were created as part of a way to “win” a promotional contest. There is no winning with this place.
