Was very impressed with Fonda and her quick responses to my inquiries. Last minute apartment/condo searching when I messaged her on one of her available units. She called back immediately and met within 15 minutes at the property. Checked it out, liked it, filled out an application and was approved within a few hours. Returned the next morning, signed the lease and got the keys.nIt didn't stop there, had a few minor issues and when I called Fonda, she immediately returned my calls and was on top of the situations.nThank you Fonda for making the transaction as easy and smooth as possible!

Tried going to property to talk to someone about leasing an apartment. No one there and had a number to call. I called it, no answer. Left a voicemail, no return phone call. Called a couple of days later after going back and no one being in the office. Finally got FONDA to answer the phone. Told me she would send me an application. Never received it! Went on the website and found my own application and filled it out. Tried to take it by the office and guess what? NO ONE IN THE OFFICE! I have tried calling Atleast 10 times and left 3 voicemails! Never a call back! If the customer service is this bad while trying to apply I don’t want to imagine what it’s like trying to get maintenance done or having an issue! FONDA needs a new job! And this rental property needs new management! I would be extremely disappointed if I was the owner of this company! Now looking for another apartment in the school district. BEWARE OF FONDA

The property manager does not answer the phone and never calls back when you leave a message asking her to.

I currently live here. The place is very nice and the staff is great. Close to Robinson Mall area. Definitely would recommend. The heating is expensive which is why I gave it 4 stars.

I was a recent tenant of Red Deer Apts and leaving cost me $900. Renting from them was a mixed bag of good and bad.
