Moved into the brand new St. Leo 6 months ago In January 2020. They brag about how energy efficient the home is and how well the home is insulated. However, this is so far from the truth. I had to put three layers of clothes on my 6month old to keep her warm in the winter. It is now summer and the ac is set on 70 all day/night and the upstairs is still 80 degrees. I have fans running in every room. The air doesn’t even blow out of the bathroom vent.nWe have been trying to get Maronda to send a technician to fix the issue but they keeping giving is the “run-around”. ALL of the neighbors in the St Leo are having the same issue.nnMaronda is negligent and KNOWS the HVAC doesn’t heat/cool properly. Absolutely terrible when you pay over $300k for a home. Will be contacting an attorney with all of the other neighbors in the St. Leo’s to force Maronda to make the house livable.
