Hire at your own risk. His work is not only shoddy, but much of the work he did on our air conditioning and furnace is straight-up illegal. He didn't even install a shut off valve to the furnace he installed. The day after he installed it I had to evacuate my home and call the fire department. DO NOT HIRE.
Frank and his crew were on time, professional and respectful. My attic fan quit working and I was having a hard time getting anyone to come out and take a look at it because of the heat. It was over 120 degrees in my attic, but it didn't deter Frank and his crew from getting the job done as promised. Frank came out the next day and ordered the part I needed, which was installed by the end of the week. Thanks Frank, I will definitely recommend your company to my friends and family.
No call, no show. Would leave zero stars if possible. Scheduled service for Wednesday. Frank asked to reschedule for Thursday. Well, it’s Thursday. Where are you, Frank? Not answering your office phone either. Both numbers going to the machine.
We were having issues while changing a shower faucet. I left a message for an estimate and within 5 minutes Frank called back and over the phone explained how to fix the issue we were having. Thanks
Very disappointed with the quality of work and the prices on a basic plumbing job that he merely bandaided resulting in 2 services calls with continued leaks. I finally learned my lesson and today, Im calling a different plumber to fix it properly. Thanks for nothing Frank. Shame on you!
