I just recently moved in to the Fox Hill apartments and am loving it so far. Kazzandra was such a pleasure and very helpful, from the tour to our move in date. The apartments are stunning and love the hardwood flooring . My only complaints are that to wash and dry is $2.00 each, so $4.00 to complete one load of laundry, which is pretty ridiculous in my opinion. Also the shower water does not get as hot as I would like.

I was new to the area and a little nervous about renting an apartment before seeing it. My leasing specialist Susan was so patient and understanding with all of my questions. She went above and beyond to send me videos of units and did a virtual tour of my actual unit once I picked it. She walked me through every step from start to finish. She even made arrange with me after hours to move in. I have been here a few weeks and she is still following up and making sure I am happy. I can honestly say this was the best choice. I love my apartment!!!!

Place seemed like everything me and my girlfriend wanted. Payed around 200 dollars in application Fees. Just to get declined. I know it’s just the way things are set up. But it’s sucks when two people prepared to pay you rent and live there long term get declined. Place looks great. Good location too.

I've been a resident here for 3 months. Overall, the apartment is exactly what we need. Kazzandra in the office is a saint. She was willing to print something out for me and bring it to my apt door due to me being on crutches and not having access to the business center. Haven't experienced the pool yet but the gym is well kept and has what you really need for a workout.

Moved in a little over a week ago. From submitting the application, to fielding questions to the leasing office, to moving in, my experience has been fantastic thus far. The staff is professional and prompt. Kazzandra Thens, a leasing specialist with the complex, has been instrumental in helping me through the entire process and supporting me at every step. She represents this complex excellently and is prompt, professional, and ready to assist anyone with anything. I'm very glad to have moved here and would strongly recommend this complex to anyone moving to the area. The unit was exactly what I expected and I am very pleased!
