Amtrak is something that the US should get behind.nnI picked up my sister in law from here... but train was delayed slightly.nThe station itself isn't bad.nnI'm not trying to compare with my train and station experiences in Japan, which set a very high standard.

Small historic train station on the Yelm Hwy border of Lacey. Staffed by volunteers. Very helpful people. Ticket vending kiosk, vending machines, restrooms. Lots of seating and extra parking in back.

Yes, this is small, staffed by volunteers, and not near any other businesses. However, this is the nicest stand alone Station that I have ever seen. The staff are very pleasant, caring, and helpful. The story about the stations creation is very inspirational.

This is a great privately ran by train enthusiasts station. The people were nice and dedicated.
