This is a wonderful 55+ community. The residents have been very lovely neighbors to my wife and I over the last 6 years. We have voted in their clubhouse twice and had very nice experiences interacting with the staff and residents.

Actually the clubhouse is fine for what it is. It's a meeting place for people who live in the Cloverleaf Estates West plan in Collier Township. It has two meeting rooms with kitchens, which are suitable for group or family meetings and events. It is a polling place on Election day. There is a small self service library and a small exercise room with largely outdated equipment. These rooms are available for residents only.

Beautiful place to retire but large companies are buying up the property underneath mobile homes now and charging outrageousfriends for the property underneath the mobile home which loses its value like a car
