I’ll admit, our relationship with this complex started out a bit rocky. The place seemed to go through different management and when we’d ask for maintenance, it would take some time. But since Connor has become manager, the complex has seen great improvement and all requests are answered immediately. The place also looked a bit run down before, but lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of renovations and repairs being done around the buildings! There was even a chance I had to break the lease early to move in with my sick brother, and Connor was willing to help me with that with no cost! I am now incredibly pleased with the management, and am glad I was able to renew my lease!

I have lived at Terrain Apartments for two years going on three years and Birgo Realty has been EXCEPTIONAL! I had a nightmare of a landlord before I moved into Terrain and it’s nice to actually have landlords who care! Maintenance requests are done very promptly and any concern I have had has been addressed quickly and efficiently. I would love to continue renting with this company. I am so thankful for Birgo and making renting less stressful!!

Recently moved out, after almost a year living here - only left as I ended up getting a great deal on a house. First, the onsite staff are extremely accommodating - the head maintenance, Bill, is extremely friendly if to take the time to get to know him. Management is also very fair, and addressed any issues I had promptly. The apartments themselves are a pretty great value - nothing overly fancy, but also relatively modern and the 2-floor loft is a great layout. The dog park here is never crowded, and is kept clean. Complex is not fair from downtown Carnegie and Alexions is within walking distance. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, modern apartment.

Was interested in a 2 bedroom for October 1 Move-in. Within a week, I saw the space and amenities, had amazing communication and got my apartment reserved. I can’t say enough good things about Tawnya and Christine, they are the dream team. I am so excited to start living at Terrain and really think everyone should check this place out. Birgo already seems like the dream property management group.

My fiance and I moved here in 2018 and moved out at the end of 2019. We absolutely adored our 2 bedroom space! During our stay, we needed the overhead of our stoves fixed and the moment I emailed maintenance, they arrived within 20mins and fixed it easily!nCarie was extremely accommodating and very communicative our entire year here! We needed a couple extra days for move out and he was understanding of our needs!nIt's a quiet place with extremely easy access to the freeway and everything, really. Laundry is easy, pool and fitness center were very clean and tidy!nWe would have extended our lease but found a home to purchase. We would absolutely 100% rent again!nThank you for a great year!!nN & C
