I was scheduled to meet up with them about a property it was a decent price and looked very nice. Our meet up time was at 5:30pm on Thursday October 15, 2020. They emailed me at 10:30 am the same day to tell me when they were going to show it. Well I was waiting up there until 6:30 pm and they never showed. It wasn’t until I read the reviews that I knew they weren’t going to show up. They never responded to my email I sent and I never received a phone number for them to call. I wouldn’t even bother with this piss poor excuse of a rental company. Because if they are willing to not even show up to a viewing is that really someone you would want to rent off of?

Rented from them house infested with rats. Tried to get in touch with them they sold property with no notice or nothing.

I haven't rented from Masada but my experience in arranging for a tour was quick and efficient. The apartments seem very nicely renovated and appointed with very attractive price points. I'm giving five stars based on email response time, and what seems to be quality and value in the local market, with the caveat that I have not entered into contract at the moment.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN! I wish I would have read the reviews on here before I signed a lease. He showed up late without notice to give me my key. He told me after I moved in that he was removing a washer/dryer in the unit. This was not mentioned to me at all prior to signing the lease. The places are not taken care of. It doesn’t appear any money is spent on the units at all to make them better. After weeks of being here I noticed the heat didn’t seem to work properly. It’s been 3 months and I still have not had it fixed, he has ignored all of my messages on it, and it’s the middle of winters. One of the windows is plexiglass that he refuses to respond to, but will respond to other small matters that do not require him to do anything. He uses an app called tenant cloud for rent payment which shows you if he sees your messages or not. I have multiple messages sent with issues that were seen and unanswered. I have withheld rent due to the unfair conditions I am expected to pay for and a late fee was added of $60. HE DEFINES SLUMLORD!

First they only respond by email and barely respond. Second you’re not allowed an AC in the summer. Third it’s unbearably hot in the summer and freezing in the winter because he turns the heat as low as possible. Also my neighbor had fleas and it spread to the whole house. Also I got locked out of my house for 2 days because they didn’t respond. Don’t even bother with this company. It’s miserable
