Jason Wilcox from CB South Hills Office was amazing to deal with. He is SOOOO very knowledgable, helpful and has a wonderful-caring personality! This was my first home purchase and he was ALWAYS there to answer any of my questions. When I was worried about different things in this process, he was always there to assure me and thoroughly explain that all was ok. REALLY put my worries to rest. This couldn't have been a better experience for me, and I am so very thankful for him!! He is #1 in my book!!!

I recently purchased a home that Lori Maffeo was the listing agent. She did nothing short or attempting to sabotage the transaction. They refused to grant a 2 week extension for finance purposes, so we purchased the property in cash. Even at the closing she was rude, unprofessional, arrogant, and just as smug as anyone could be. And after the purchase 8 contacted her to find out when the for sale sign in the front was going to be removed, since they already removed the one from the rear, I ask if they would remove it by weeks end, and she calls my agent and lies to her, says I wanted it removed today!nIf I could give C/B and her a negative rating, I would. They, she is terrible. Just a bad person.

BEWARE. Awful experience with Kathi Kernan and the Coldwell Banker South Hills team. As soon as I signed the contract to list my house I soon received an email telling me that my agent Kathi was leaving the country for a month to travel to Italy! Then the whole plumbing nightmare that Upper St Clair makes every homeowner undergo to sell their house requiring a test that every house fails resulting in more than $5000.00 in new plumbing/sewer lines to sell the house. At Kathi’s suggestion I had in writing that the plumbers, Greater Pittsburgh plumbing, were to be paid with the proceeds of the house. Greater pittsburgh plumbing had the same documents. 4 months later I get a notice of overdue bill that was never paid. After I signed the several pages of contracts to have Coldwell Banker represent me in all aspects of the sale of my house, none of them took responsibility for this expensive error!! The agents just blamed one another and when Greater Pittsburgh plumbing called them they won’t return calls so finally reaching out the local CB broker in charge of the area, was met with rude, dismissive, unprofessional comments. Awful experience with Coldwell Banker and would NEVER advise anyone to use this agent or this real estate service!!!

My husband and I recently purchased a home with Maria Lane of Coldwell Banker and cannot say enough great things about her. She made the entire process so easy for us, Maria answered every question we had as first time home buyers - no matter how small, was easy to get in contact with and kept the lines of communication open throughout the entire process - even calling just to check in. She is polite, professional and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

Is there a reason why simply getting an address for a house listed for sale is so difficult from Anton Batyatin? It has been five days that I have been trying to get information about a house he posted, and all he has accomplished is knowing I have a realtor already.
