I honestly couldn't have been happier with making the choice of going with the diamond group. I was a first time home buyer feeling little overwhelmed with the entire process because it felt like one thing after another. But then it came to setting up the home inspection. It was a holiday weekend and it felt like i was on a time crunch when i started reaching out. I left a message and on a sunday when people where off and enjoying themselves Sharron from the diamond group reached out and asked if i had some time to speak. She had the most pleasant demeanor and gave me an overview of the whole process before we even committed to it. She was honestly the selling factor for the group and then came Don the inspector. Even in a time of uncertainty He took the time to walk us through some of his findings and made it super easy to understand even with some of the more technical areas. He took his time and made it feel like he was excited to show us. We had questions and he had answers. A wealth of knowledge and expertise. After our inspection Sharron again reached out and made sure we were happy with the process. They went out of their way to ensure every step was easy. The report came to us and all i can say was wow. It was full of easy to follow details and pictures. laying out all the info so that we could easily go back through it over and over. I can't express it enough that the diamond group was an amazing choice and i will recommend them over and over again to anyone looking for an inspection company.
