I would just like to thank Nexus's great maintenance technicians Anthony & Josh for doing such a remarkable job today! I can't even imagine how difficult it must have been to work all day on replacing those pipes and getting those walls down and back up and not to mention having to go through the same process here and at my downstairs neighbors place all to get that kitchen sink in working condition again! A hard days work on their part and I finally have a functional kitchen sink again all thanks to them:) And being the neat freak I am, I very much appreciate them doing their best to tidy up and clean the mess. Job well done! THANK YOU

Vinnie U. came to fix our dishwasher today at (300 W Sycamore St. Apt #6). Not only was he early but very efficient! He was polite and responsive to our questions. He took the time to show us how the dishwasher runs and what the issue was. His work was excellent and we are looking forward to having clean dishes again! He was great to work with- thanks!!

I have been a tenant with Nexus Real Estate for 2.5 years and have enjoyed my experience with them. I was recently experiencing an issue with a leak from upstairs coming into my apartment. After filing a request, Harry was able to assist me and find the cause of the issue. He communicated well and was determined to find a solution to the problem that other technicians weren't able to do. I have always been happy with the experience with Nexus!

My fiancé and I just recently moved and we had a great experience! Kara was so sweet and super helpful in our move. From the first phone conversation she was easy to talk to and I could tell that she genuinely had our best interest in mind when she was helping us with our questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend Nexus!
