For my first ever tax assessment review, I was very glad that I selected Mr. Biernacki to represent me. Mr. Biernacki took the time to explain the process, possible outcomes, and steps to consider if an appeal was necessary. I thought my case was settled fairly, and did not warrant an appeal, which by the way is not included in the original case cost, and would require payment of an extra fee. I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Biernacki advised against an appeal, before I could even inform him of my decision not to appeal! That one action, told me a lot about his character! I would absolutely not hesitate to seek out his counsel in the future. I would also highly recommend Mr. Biernacki to friends and family! Thank you again Mr. Biernacki!
