I moved in during 2019 and absolutely loved it. The staff was friendly and were always ready to help whenever there was an issue. We also got an amazing price and were told we wouldn't have to pay more $50 more when our lease expired.nnFast forward to Morgan Properties taking over, and this completely changed. The staff is not friendly, never willing to help, our bill was wrong not one or two but 4 times! and they were just plain old rude. Last thing to mention our rent went up around $300 - which was ridiculous since the quality of the apartment didn't change and the amenities got worse since they changed the hours to their office hours (9AM-5PM) making it impossible to even enjoy.

I used to love living here until management changed at the beginning of 2020. I have had nothing but a bad experience since Morgan Properties took over. The staff is unfriendly, unresponsive to urgent requests, and unwilling to help whenever there are issues. They advertise as “luxury” apartments when in reality the units are over priced and poorly maintained. Not to mention, they raised rent and utilities during a global pandemic. The “free amenities” advertised are basically no longer existent, as they can only be used during the office hours of the leasing office (9AM-5PM), so anyone who works a typical day job cannot use them. I’m looking forward to when my current lease expires, as I would not recommend Torrente.

Before you decide to rent this place please check the water service fee 25.19 and sewer service fee $49.55and plus another monthly service fee $4.50, this month I was charged $79.24 based on one person and 1100 SqFt two bedroom apartment, not charged by monitor. This is crazy, isn’t it? I went to the office and I was told to contact the bill company who is collecting payment for them!ud83dude04

My girlfriend lives here. Extremely overpriced for the size and quality of the build. Recent new management has raised the fees for utilities and limited amenities like closing the fitness center and changing the pool and patio hours to where anybody with a day job cant use them at all. Would not recommend

I lived there for 3 years prior to purchasing my home. My apartment was large and beautiful with a great view and deck. They have full amenities, community activities, and a fantastic location. I was impressed by how quickly and thoroughly they attended to any request, when I was living there, but what was truly amazing was how helpful they have been during and after my move, even emaling me today 1+ month after I moved regarding a package they received. It is a great apartment complex with a superior management team. Be sure to stop in and check them our for yourself.
