The appointment was requested in the afternoon and unexpectedly the service was provided two hours later. John was courteous and exhibited professionalism in his field throughout the repair conducted. The problem was professionally identified within 10 minutes, addressed with certainty, and repaired to full working order. It was the best possible and much needed furnace repair successfully completed. Outstanding.
