Aaron and his team helped us sell two homes. Both experiences were excellent. He excels at helping sellers with pricing and in understanding what to do to prepare the home for the sale. Excellent communication and stayed in touch with us through throughout the whole process. Both properties sold within a week and I truly feel it was because he understoodnexactly what was going on with the market. This is a great team to work with. I'll be calling him again in a few years for our next move.

Aaron and his team sold our house the very next day it was listed! And, we got our asking price too. The knowledge he has for the homes in our area is impeccable. His years of experience to help both the buyer and seller surpass like no other. With his experience, he knows the layout of the floor plans and how they were developed, along with all of the upgrades. He treated our home like it was his own. He even helped with preparing the final touches to sell our home. He was three steps above the other realtors. His team was very helpful, quick, and kind. They were there from the beginning all the way through and after the end; ensuring there were no issues and continually assured we were happy every part of the way. Oh, and we were out of state and they took care of it all! Thank you, Aaron and your team, we are grateful for the superb job well done!!!

We were looking into Retirement Communities and happened on to Jubilee in Lacey, Washington Inadvertently met real estate agent, Jackie Davis and she showed us a few really nice homes in this community. It was early in the housing market. Jackie knows the homes well here, and was a delight to work with. She is bright and made it a fun process, and advocated all the way for us as senior citizen home owners I highly recommend Jackie due to her really putting through positive energy. A good experience all the way!! We found our permanent senior citizen home!!
