Kevin is a phenomenal agent. He knows the area, and provides vital information to a person moving to the area. I been a part of multiple transactions with Kevin. He always gets the job done. I've seen him make extraordinary efforts to assure a home closes. I refer to Kevin as The Dragon Slayer. If you have a home to sell, you need Kevin as your agent.

I've worked closely with Kevin for a long time now. He is great to all of his clients and wonderful to other agents as well. Very knowledgeable in the Real Estate Business, always open to answering questions and helping everyone. His awards for Best Of South Sound Real Estate Agent for the past 5 years doesn't even begin to tell how positive, energetic, compassionate and honest he is. Kevin is wonderful and anyone would be lucky to have him as their Real Estate Agent!

Kevin was the listing agent for a home I just purchased. His seller failed to do the agreed upon repairs post inspection, left a ton of trash and personal belongings behind and the home in filth despite what was outlined in our purchase and sale agreement. When my agent contacted him to work towards resolution he offered the trash as my new property, the repairs as an “oh well” and cut a check for half the cost of the cheapest cleaning company we could find. I hope he can continue to cash in on this sellers market or he’ll be in for a rude awakening should he someday have to work for his money.
