Candice was an absolutely joy to work with. From us just testing the waters, not really sure if buying was the best option, she was so very helpful. I thought I'd have to start paying her by the hour for how much work she did for us, especially as total strangers with no guarantee of future sells. She was attentive to our needs and was never scared to give us her honest opinion on a listing if we brought it to the table. Candice was professional but also relatable as a home buyer herself, and treated us like a friend, not like a paycheck. Although it didn't work out on our end, she was nothing but willing to help us make the best decision possible for our situation. Its a real shame we didn't get to work with her, but if you have the pleasure, know you are in good hands.

Candice has been completely amazing to work with! She's very professional, responds to emails or calls very quickly, and never left me wondering what was going on. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and she was very patient and made sure I always knew where I stood. Buying a house is intimidating, it comes with a lot of emotional highs and lows, and she was ready to help me navigate that without letting me lose sight of my ultimate goal. Definitely recommend!
