The Munoz Home Group have helped me with both purchasing and selling a home. This was my fourth home and I have to say the experience I had with them from start to finish was the best I’ve ever had. Their professionalism and customer service was excellent throughout both processes. Jason and his team provided personalized attention in helping me find the right home when I was ready to buy and when I had a job transfer and needed to sell, they supported me totally in being perfectly positioned to get a great offer. Every little detail was attended plus a few unexpected things they happily took care of for me once I had left town. I never had to worry for a moment, I knew my property was in good hands and that they were dedicated to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them to first-time buyers and others that value that level of commitment service. I really appreciate them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or offer them a stellar referral. Renae, Jason and the rest of the Munoz Home group were with us every step of the way. They handled the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new home. They brought in an amazing staging team for our old home. Our pictures were amazing and they gave us tips and step by step directions on getting our home ready for showings. We had many showings and offers very quickly. Jason did an amazing job at getting with realtors and sorting offers for us to review. Any time we called, Renae and Jason ALWAYS answered and took the time to educate us. Our buying process was a lot of work with this crazy market, but they were determined to get us our dream home. Michael Warner from Munoz Home Group was a pleasure to work with. As a member of the U.S. Military, I was under a severe time crunch to find a house to live in. The entire team at Munoz Home Group was so incredible to work with. Selling a home, while simultaneously purchasing, with a 5-year-old at home, and in the midst of a pandemic could have potentially been a disastrous experience. Veejay and Jason both communicated with us regularly to make sure we were all on the same page, ensuring the smoothest process possible for us.
