My wife and I were home owners for about 12 years before we decided to sell our home, rent for two years, then purchase another. We had no clue what to expect with renting but did not think it would be a good experience as we were in essence living in someone else's home.nnFrom the very first conversation I had with Angi I knew she would be easy to work with and she proved it time and time again. There were a few issues with the home that Angi would immediately fix and it didnt matter if it was 8pm or on a Sunday, I could shoot her and text and ALWAYS get a quick reply.nnThe homeowners were not the easiest to work with but Angi was a great buffer. In one instance the sprinkler system had a major leak which I did not catch as it was a foot underground and my backyard was like a sponge. When I received the water bill which if I remember right was $400-$500 the owners refused to pay for it. I thought it was only right to split the overage with them as it was not my error but they declined. Angi literally offered to come out of her own pocket to cover this expense for us. This is the kind of person you will partner with if you choose Blue Summit Realty.nnIntegrity, and just being a good person are traits that we dont see too often and Angi along with everyone else at BSPM was amazing. There were times too where I just needed to vent a little or point out things that being a previous homeowner I could not understand and she always listened and gave feedback. I would give the highest possible referral possible to even my own family if they needed to rent or find Property Management.nnAngi and the rest of Blue Summit made my 2 year renting period much easier than it would have been. I have a close friend who works in property management and I would refer Blue Summit before his business.nnIf you're looking for a service they offer you will NOT be disappointed.
