Lydia Hawk Elementary School

I love this school. The staff works hard to make sure their students get the help they need. They go the extra mile for their students and their families ☺ The front office staff are friendly and welcoming.

Great staff horrible principal. She talks down to students and staff. She even got rid of one of the best kindergarten teachers ever and now also causing many teachers to look elsewhere

What people are saying about the principal are spot on! And I thought I was the only one who thought that way. I can't stand her... Fortunantly the teachers make up for it! Wonderful teachers who truly care about the kids.

The school has LOST my children twice now and they have only been enrolled there for a month! 1st time was told to come pick them up, got there and my kids werent even on school property. 2nd time they called me saying my 1st grader was absent and asked if she was sick. When she was indeed in class and they over looked her during attendance. As a mother I dont appreciate those calls making me stressed and worried more than I already am. Also they have been bullied none stop and the school does nothing about it.

I used to be a student here. Frankly, I didn't learn alot. I learned math, reading, the usual. The only thing that I learned important stuff in was Clubhouse :/ But amazing teachers. They make up for the principal, Mrs. Wheeler
