Total Learning Center is by far one of the warmest most welcoming environments one can experience. Dr. Carol and Dr. Joe Utay have the most caring loving hearts for each individual they meet. They truly do go above and beyond to help each individual succeed to their best potential. TLC truly offers a unique individual approach and every need or gift is different from another. They all offer a gift that you will hold and remember for a lifetime.

We have two children that have used Total Learning Centers and they have been unbelievably helpful. They have changed the way our children view education and have changed our lives in such a positive way. I have worked at Total Learning Center's for over 10 years. I am not only a Director, I also am a mother of a son who has significant disabilities.I have been a very passionate advocate for students who struggle with learning. I have worked in the field of special education for over 30 years. I found the last 10 years at the Total Learning Centers has provided me with growth, professional experience and with the opportunity to observe lives that change within a couple of years of hard work and dedication to the intensive educational services we provide.
