Initial experience with call center schedulers was fast, thorough and efficient. The service estimator was at my house within 30-minutes of my call. The prelim inspection & consult was honest & respectful. The installation team arrived promptly the next morning, reviewed the prior inspection/estimate, updated the work/cost estimate (based on existing conditions) and quietly & competently completed the water heater install & service restoration check within a reasonable time period. We are satisfied with the entire experience.
Alex (Tech #1317) was outstanding! Professional, patient, and courteous when dealing with the old plumbing in our home. What started as a routine pipe-snaking ended up requiring trap replacement and improvising a solution to secure it to the old pipe. Alex had a great, positive attitude throughout the entire job. The added work and parts did not increase the price either. Very reasonable! Will not hesitate to call our local Roto-Rooter again.
I had an emergency with the garage draining and called rotor rooter. They send a technician around 10 pm. He did an excellent job, was very professional in answering my questions and in addressing my concerns. I was so impressed that I asked for his name so I can write a review . He told me that his name is Isaac (1346). For anyone who reads my comments I would like to recommend rotor rooters to you.
Don was awesome in the work he did to unclog my basement drain. He spent the time to make sure the issue was resolved. I will continue to use roto rooter because if this type of service. Thanks again Don
We had Frank 3411 to repair our garbage disposal. He was very professional and friendly. The price was very reasonable. While he was here I told him about other drains I had issues with around my house and he was happy to take a look and answer any questions we had about them. I would definitely have frank back out to our house again for any future plumbing needs.
