Had my car through the car wash here and always greeted by Josh Lindsay! He always goes above and beyond. He’s an example that get go should follow! He’s a great asset to the company! You need more people like Josh!
Went in early in the morning after third shift for some MTO. Guy who was working there told us he didn't feel like making our food and told us to get some premade sandwiches instead because he was too busy stocking a candy shelf and had to focus on that. Walked out and made the drive to Sheetz.
I was not charged the posted price of the item, and the clerk refused to fix the error -- for me or for future customers.
Long day driving a semi from Cedar Rapids Iowa to here (home). Would’ve liked to have a few brews, but no beer on Sundays until 9a... 5a currently, I’ll be sleeping by then.nnOther than that, been here several times, always a nice store, decent employees (you get what you pay for), they just need more cashiers usually.
Place is terrible in every sense of the way! Stay far away from this dump! Customer service is at an all time low in this place.
