We have lived at White Oak Farms for the last 3 years and have no complaints! Any problem we ever had was fixed timely and efficiently! Dru, the manager made us feel at home since the day we moved in, and was helpful every time we needed her! We would recommend these apartments to Anyone looking to rent, such a great place to live!

I have been a resident of White Oak Farms for almost a year. I absolutely love it there. The woods-like setting and beautifully maintained grounds are what caught my attention. I have to say, watching the seasons change here have been amazing. It truly is peaceful. Dru, the complex manager, has been wonderful to work with since day one. I am thankful for her, the maintenance personnel, as well as the grounds crew for keeping my apartment my little happy place. I have not had any issues living there so far, but I am confident that if I do, it will be handled appropriately and efficiently.

As A Resident of The Mt Vernon Apartments. I am In love they respond quickly to anything you may need. It's a clean peaceful and quiet neighborhood. My apartment is A real Get Away. I feel like I'm on vacation away from Home. The views are out of this world and the rent is very Reasonable! I'll be here for Years..... So I would definitely refer more people to live in this Oasis!

I have been searching for several months for a nice one bedroom apartment and finally Center Grove Apartments had just what I was looking for. A cute apartment with a nice balcony to relax on after work. My neighbors are quiet and don't bother anyone and the manager was so helpful and made my moving process so easy. I would recommend Center Grove Apartments to anyone a nice place to plant your roots.

I've lived in a Brandywine Community for nine months. I moved into a spectacularly clean apartment. Any issues I've had have been addressed quickly.nThe staff at Brandywine have always been respectful and courteous towards me.nI hope to live here a long time. A bus stop is a short walk away. I am also close to supermarkets and other stores.nMy neighbors are quiet and I've never had a problem.nnI would highly recommend Brandywine communities to everyone I know.nnJen Markus
