I lived at their apartment building on Maryland for almost 2 years. They are truly wonderful. Their maintenance team is on it keeping the apartments updated, clean, landscaped, and showing up so quickly the second I had any problem. The best landlord I ever had. Cannot recommend them enough!

Lived in the Maryland Ave apartments for 2 years. While I stayed there, there was always great communication between myself and the Valinsky team whenever there needed to be a discussion. Something broke? They fixed it within a day or two. Any concerns we had, they were able to work with us to create a solution everyone was happy with.nnFor the price and the quality, there are not many places in the Pittsburgh area that can accommodate with such a short ride into downtown. The only reason I moved out was due to wanting to get pets. I'm thankful for the time that I spent here and wish them all the luck in the future.

I had the most positive experience with Valinsky Realty. They are easily the most professional and responsive landlord I have ever had. Highly recommend to anyone moving to Shadyside, they are as good as it gets!

I've live in one of their units in Shadyside and have had a great experience with Valinsky Realty. Maintenance requests are often answered within the same day of reporting and the owner is very reasonable and friendly. The building I live in is extremely secure and well-maintained. The grass is always trimmed, flower baskets are hung in the spring, and the sidewalk is cleared in the winter. I'd recommend anyone to rent from them!

The building on S Aiken is always kept clean, it's safe, and the owners always respond promptly and take care of the residents.
