Rented with them for 6 years. Mr. Kelly was very responsive and courteous, but the office personnel was not usually helpful, and they would come across very rude and reluctant to resolve any issues. My recommendation is to always talk to Mr. Kelly directly otherwise it will take a long time to get your problems solved. The only other problem I had was that they are not available on the weekends; so if you have any issues (even major ones), they are not going to take care of it or even answer your call on the weekends.nHowever, the apartment was very nice and affordable. I left the apartment cleaned, and my deposit was returned in full.

I leased from them for two years, no problem. Only major issue that arose was a broken AC unit which was promptly replaced with a brand new one. Documented damages, left the apartment cleaned, and my deposit was returned no issues. 5 stars.

This is not a realty company, but a gaggle of scammers who collect rent. They do not keep up with their South Oakland apartments by any means and while campus-adjacent apartments are full year round, that is no excuse for shirking the responsibilities of a landlord. For almost $2000 a month, there should not be unremovable mold in the bathroom, inconsistent heating and a/c, or a non-functional kitchen sink. Once when we put in a maintenance call, the plumber came unannounced at 10:30 pm, which was very disturbing and disrespectful. If you have a choice, do not rent from this company, they will charge you for things that they cannot prove. Hopefully this is the review that gets the $25 Amazon gift card, though!! Useless.

The apartment is a great size and clean. They are good at getting contractors to come and fix my issues when they arise. I got locked out of my apartment and they quickly came, gave me a spare, and made sure I was okay!

Rented with them for 2 years and didn’t have a single problem. Couple of plumbing issues were taken care of right away and there was a crew that kept common areas clean every week.nMike was always available, courteous and quiet professional.
