Mr Waterheater

I called Mr. Waterheater and within 2 hours called and told me the service men were on the way. Within 20 minutes they were at my home and 1 hour later i had a new water heater.nI would use and highly recommend the company. Not only did they impress me,nmy neighbor even commented on how quickly they responded to my need.nDefinitely a 5 star company.

Joe and Rick came out and replaced our water heater that suddenly broke. I called Mr Waterheater and then they sent out a crew within a hour. The prices are very competitive and there techs are very professional and super quick at installing it. They were done within 45 minutes! He gave me a quick overview of how it works. I would highly recommend Mr Waterheater and request Joe and Rick as your technician.

I used this company to install a water heater on 9/14 The technician measured the water pressure according to the bill and its 100 psi the bill states must not be higher than 80 psi. This was not discussed or mentioned. I would have had them replace the regulator. Now I have to find another company to replace it and take a day off work.. not to mention high pressure is going into tank. They were ready to leave and my daughter smelled alot of gas. Technician said its normal. Some is normal but she was getting a headache that's why she mentioned it. When she went to pay the bill the Technician checked it again and found the gas line was bad and leaking. He replaced it. My daughter was leaving for work we would have come home to gas filled house if she didn't say something. They did replace the water shut off valve and did quality work on the valve. They assumed haul away and added $10 to bill. It was removed after she told them no haul away. They check alot on the bill but nothing was mentioned.,example expansion tank was checked but not mentioned. I didnt want it anyway. But pressure regulator I did want. Its a hassel now. I called receptionist right after they left and told them everything that is mentioned here and all she said was they aren't back yet so I didn't see work slip. She said they could come back out today but it was already after and my daughter left for work and couldn't stay. I am hoping that the high pressure isn't ruining the new tank. I only used them cause my daughter had them out to her house and they were good..but it was a different crew. What work they did was good except leaky gas line.

My leaking water heater was replaced same-day. Price was good and service was excellent. The installer was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend.

We called them and they replaced our water heater the next morning for a rate that was much more affordable than other places. The installers were friendly and our hot water is working well again. Highly recommend!
