Ryan came for my scheduled boiler maintenance check. He was prompt, friendly and helpful. He also wore a mask and followed COVID-19 safety regulations. Relatively new homeowner. Had a worsening issue with the basement bathroom drains clogging over the past few weeks. Tried to fix it myself but quickly realized I was in over my head and called Sullivan. Everything about my experience was great! From Sarah who answered the phone when I called to schedule to Scott (and his partner who's name I cannot remember!) the technician who came to the house, everyone I interacted with from Sullivan was fantastic. Friendly but professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Fixed the drain clog and explained why it was happening and then provided me with quotes to fix the problem for good. Explained everything and answered every question I had with easy to understand explanations. They even cleaned up after themselves and didn't let my cats escape. I would recommend Sullivan to friends and family for any of the services they provide. Thank you!
Sullivan is a fantastic company!!! I was treated with outstanding service. My water heater shutdown. I'm a single mom and didn't know where to start. I found Sullivan online, and so glad I called, my first point of contact with caring Maureen to meeting my professional, knowledgeable technician Jack, both absolutely wonderful representation of Sullivan. Sullivan's installed our furnace last year and came today for the yearly checkup. Laura our technician was absolutely fantastic!! She was very helpful and informative. Laura gave me tips on furnace filters and even pointed out a leaky faucet she wasn't even here for!! Thank you so much Laura!!We will definitely continue to use Sullivan's!
I had a very bad sewage backup as a result of an improper job done by another company. Scott was very knowledgeable, explaining everything to me and answering my endless questions. I was treated with respect and felt he really listened to my concerns, then he completed the work with professionalism. My drains were opened up but unfortunately much more work needs done to rectify the mistakes made by the other company. I will be using Sullivan for this work as they have proved to be a company that does quality work and high integrity.
