Lived in two separate apartments, first a 1 bedroom then a two. There is NO storage and the price is outrageous! By the way the deluxe one bedroom is the same square footage as the two bedroom 694 to be exact . Rent increases every year no matter what! Usually by $20 washer and dryer units are terrible. Also older buildings so the air comes right in in the winter. Electric bills were over $200 every month. They also charge monthly pet fees on top of rent. RENT ELSEWHERE! Worst company ever to deal with

I was very pleased with Orgins, The salesman was very helpful in helping me pick a counter top. When it arrived I was so pleased. The professionalism of the young installers was excellent. The job and clean up was top notch. I would highly recommend Orgins to future clientsnnoo
