I have never had an issue with any of these officers, and the one that was singled out on this review page, I have always had a positive encounter with him. He does a great job constantly being vigilant and patrolling our neighborhood, just like every other Harrison Twp. Officer. .

Harrison Township has no problem targeting the elderly, disabled & the sick. They patrol the Natrona Heights Walmart hoping to ticket the Disabled Parking spaces for people parked in the zone with the yellow stripes. The fine is $10.00. That may not sound like much, but to someone on a very fixed income it's the difference between groceries or funding the township.nI have a broken back. I've had it since 1988. All my toes are paralyzed. I have a hard time with walking from the handy capped spots let alone any where else on the lot. There's one particular officer who targets this lot. There has to be a better way. I'll pay my fine. God knows Harrison Township needs my money more than me.nI wasn't the only one ticketed for the same reason on 4-24-18. We all had Handy Cap plaques posted for all to see. How is this SERVING or PROTECTING?
Theybcaught cally mills n a friend in my house i told them arrest her 4 months later she on news for more robberys they had her n did nothing i had to pay money for stuff this junky ruined n the cops let her free to go rob other people u are bums she has yet to be charged for anytging she did im filling charges against her and harrison township police
From the night I was attacked, to the final say by the judge, and every long night and complaint I've had in between, my officer was behind me 100%, giving me advice, tajijg me seriously, accompanying me, and bringing along my support group (mom and boyfriend) to all 3 trips into downtown Pittsburgh. I cannot express enough my appreciation for his support and compassion for my case after everything I went through. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Officer Helgert. I could not have done this on my own, and I couldn't have asked for a better supporting officer!
