Highly reccomend. I stayed in the moab location and the lady up front was so kind nice and sweet and not rude at all. She knew the whole town and was able to tell me where everything was!

I was staying at one of the condos for vacation and let's start with the negatives the two complaints I had here was when one the oven was in desperate need of cleaning it puffed out smoke when I opened it and then number two the security alarm started going off for no reason whatsoever the only way to shut it off was to enter the code other than that I had an amazing all around experience here

Great location, staff and views! Have been renting from Red Rock for years and they have always accommodated my needs and went above and beyond in customer service. Great staff and love the condos up the golf course!

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I rented with them for four months and stayed at the Oasis Villas. The customer service was terrible at best. I tried to stop by their office at least 6 times, during normal business hours, each time to find the doors locked. Trying to reach them by phone is also a joke. I called the number on their sign and got referred to another number. That number then referred me to another number at which point I left countless messages ,which were never returned. Also, at time of leaving I was informed I had an entire day before I was to be out of the condo. As I returned from unpacking my stuff at a new unit (with a different agency I might add), my family and I were confronted by the agency and were treated so poorly. We were told that we had been informed by phone the week prior that our move out date was that day by 11 am. Which never happened. They were rude to my wife and my two children, and got in my face when my 4 year old son was telling the cleaning lady to get away from his 18 month old sister. I will never use this rental agency ever again and I caution anyone who does. They are out right vile people and should not be managing peoples property.

Stayed in one of the condos in Solano Vallejo and found it to be a great spot at a great price. Right on the Moab Golf Course, great views, very modern and clean. Access to the pool was great and very close to downtown Moab and Arches/Canyonlands.
