I took both of my vehicles to their carwash and it has pulled out a Weather Strip on both cars. I called and asked them if they would repair it and the worker there said that they would put in the claim but that they more than likely wouldn't fix my cars. Use their CARWASH AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
We have used this car wash multiple times without issue. We typically use in the winter when it is too cold to hand wash our vehicles. My wife drove our truck thru on March 9th 2020 and the car wash put some substantial scratches into the passenger side of our relatively new truck. The Mgr Diane immediately dismissed the scratches stating that someone keyed our vehicle. There were grind marks where it looks like the equipment got stuck and spun off paint followed by long/deep scratches. Even though Diane has 0 experience in body work, she self diagnosed the damage and submitted the claim. We got a notice that the claim was denied by Giant Eagle claims adjuster. I tried contacting the adjuster multiple times as the letter gave her direct line. I have not received a callback and it looks like we are going to be stuck with a couple thousand in body work repairs. We want everyone to know about our horrible experience...Thankfully word travels fast in small towns.
The closer today should be fired for locking the door in customers faces before closing time.
It has a good car wash. It has brushes. So it cleans your car really well.
