I couldn't even give this neighborhood a 1 star honestly this is the most nastiest, dirtiest neighborhood I've EVER lived in. Management and maintenance in this neighborhood is disrespectful. I complained for months about my apartment having roaches I reported to the health department and there also wasn't anything done I was forced to live in this environment with my 3 year old son that I had to continually take to the emergency room for having stomach viruses .NO ONE DID A THING ABOUT IT . I was harassed by management for months as well. Do not EVER move up here just because this is low in-come public housing does not mean you should be forced to live in this environment
