This can take up to a quarter to post.n.nBefore COVID, Keystone could close a cash deal in ten days - with payoffs and tax certs in hand. 14 if you wanted a smooth time, And 21 days for a mortgage closingn.nNow in COVID, Double those timelines.n.nFor sale by owners, find yourself a little attorney with a ragged shingle on their own. This isn’t the place for you.

Terrible service, no call backs, day before closing and paperwork all screwed up. Extremely unprofessional

I sold my house on February 20! They were the closing company used from my buyer. They took money at closing out of my proceeds to pay final water and sewage bills. They took too much and I was to be refunded from the utility companies. Fast forward a week. The sewage company was never issued a check. My bill was due on feb 25... took several texts and calls from my agent and they finally actually issued a check. I accrued late fees during this time. Here is the kicker... they only paid the actual bill amount to authority. So now they owe me money! They assured my agent two weeks ago a check was being written and put in mail that day! Still have not received the refund check! My agent is calling and messaging employees there with no responses! If you are the seller and they are to be the closing company I suggest you demand to use another company or you will probably get money stolen from you as well!

After we bought our house a couple of months ago and had some questions regarding our closing documents and local taxes. Diana's professionalism and explanations of answers provided clarity to our questions. Her help reassured us that Keystone has the customer in mind even after we have signed all the paperwork.
