Basically slumlords. Heater to keep from pipes from freezing blowing cold air. Get told to put a box fan in the room because aparently science isn't real. Half Assed repairs everytime. Takes them forever to actually service any needs.

My mother moved into their Kenyon Court properties and had a wonderful experience. They were prompt to fix anything that wasn't up to her standards, and we're quick to reply if she had any other issues. We were both hesitant to move her into a corporate run property after troubles in the past, but I would recommend this company to many in the area.

Currently renting one of their duplexes. Repairs take forever, mold and water problems constantly. It’s disgusting that you have to go as far as threatening them with putting rent in an escrow account in order for work to be done. Rent elsewhere for your safety and sanity.
