Rented a space for a restaurant startup and boy was this guy helpful. He was so friendly and have me all kinds of little perks like understanding I'm short on cash and discounting the rent as needed. If you in the market for commercial or residential property give this guy a shot. He is just wonderful.

I think that the workers are pretty nice for the most part. I just wish we could stay here longer. It's so hard to move especially with 3 children in the winter.
